No improvement in the pain after using three four weeks. I don't think it can cure the problem. My problem is not getting any better.
Well, the "cream" opens my sinuses. This cream should come with rubber gloves for wome cuz if you get it on your hands then wipe your bum, it burns your lady parts. So, not good for hand or wrist pain! Otherwise it works. Not sure where the gold was added cuz it's expensive. Would I buy again? Nope.

I’ve been using this product for over 2 months now. I applied it over my problem muscles, allowing me to function my daily activities with much ease and joy.
Bought this product for hubby who has multiple myeloma which is complicated with osteoarthritis. He finds some relief using your product which help him sleep better.
I also use it for my osteoarthritis and again it works to a point.
Is there total relief? No. but some and we are content with that. We never expected total relief, but at this stage, both of us looking to undergo hip replacements, it helps.
Of all the analgesic type products I have used, pPain Be Gone is the first and best working product I have used for pain relief. I purchased it for my shoulder which is where I have the most pain but now also use it for my arthritic joints. It has a refreshing aroma, is cool to the skin on application, and gives relief for a much longer period of time than any other products I have used, including ultra sound, heat, cold, massage, etc. It is important to massage Pain Be Gine thoroughly into the affected area.

The best pain relief by far! I gave tube one away to a friend so I may have to order more soon. It won't make arthritic pains disappear forever, nothing will, but it sure makes a difference in how I can mange my day, walk my dog and do the shopping. I won't name other pain relief creams or gel...I've trued them all and they do not compare to the results I got with Pain be Gone. Easy to rinse off hands and not sticky. And it's CANADIAN!!!! I highly recommend it.

I was really hoping for relief from shoulder pain from arthritis. I’m disappointed. This product works for a couple of hours then the pain is back. Aldo it has quite a strong scent to it so I was not comfortable wearing if I was going somewhere.
